Here is the "Koeda Chan - Kawaii Furniture Set" by Takara which were released in 2012.

The set includes:

1 x Koeda Chan Figure (The facial expression can change by pressing on the head once.) 1 x Bed 1 x Table 2 x Chairs 1 x Food Set 1 x Sticker Sheet

The pieces are made of plastic and the paper stickers have to be adhered to the sets manually.
