This is a miniature retro Licca Chan and Wataru Kun doll keychain / strap set made by Takara.

It is a 1998 remake of a 1970s Licca Chan and Wataru Kun doll. There is a chain attached to each of the doll's head.

The doll's limbs are not movable and only the head can be moved from side to side.

The dolls are made of plastic.
