Here is the prism card #2 from "Sailor Moon R : Carddass Graffiti 1" released by Bandai in 1993.

CARD CONDITION : The card is in medium good condition. There are a lot of surface scratches and marks on the front. One corner is dent and the top layer in that area has come off the main card base. The paper along the top edge on the back has aged. Also, the card curves slightly.

Made in Japan.

Card Size: approximately 8.6 x 5.9 cm or 3.38 x 2.32 inches
