Here is the "Usagi Tsukino" figure from the "Sailor Moon World HGIF Part 5" series released by Bandai in 2003.

CONDITION: The figure is in new and unused condition. Overall, the outer plastic packaging is in good condition. There is no outer plastic packaging that holds all the pieces. Therefore, only the "yellow hair pieces" are not in any sealed plastic packaging. The other pieces are in sealed plastic packaging. There is some wear from handling and the packaging is wrinkled. There paper info card is slightly wrinkled. Please note that due to age, the paint on the figure may have changed over time and the surface of the figure may have some paint film residue. Also, the paint application on the figures is not always perfect.
