Here are 2 miniature retro Licca Chan doll keychains / straps made by Takara.

They are both 1998 remakes of a 1973 and 1974 Licca Chan doll. Each doll has a metal chain attached to the head.

The limbs are not movable and only the head can be moved from side to side.

The dolls are made of plastic.
