The plastic toy figure is a promo item that was sold with a Meiji chocolate snack. The same snack also included a mini paper sticker (not included in this listing).

ITEM CONDITION : The item is in used condition. Overall, it is in good condition. There is some wear from handling. There are light scratch marks on the front from handling.

Made in Japan.
