Here is the miniature Koeda Chan Treehouse 1977 Version Remake from the "Tiny Toy Shop" series from 2004 by Takara.
The set also includes a miniature Koeda Chan treehouse box, cardboard pieces for the treehouse and a mini newspaper sheet.
These Takara miniature toys are slightly similar in size to Re-ment miniatures and Megahouse miniatures.
KOEDA CHAN TREEHOUSE SET CONDITION: This set is from 2004 and is in new and unused condition. Please note that the outer sealed plastic packaging and the outer cardboard box have wear from handling. Overall, the outer plastic packaging shell is in good condition. The sticky tape that seals the packaging is old and is in fair condition. The paper newspaper has aged and yellowed. Also, the miniature Koeda Chan tree house box has a crease mark on two of the bottom flap. There is a also a small aging mark on the box edge.
