This is a discounted and secondhand Megahouse miniature toy set.

Here is #3 from the Megahouse Miniatures "Family Game Collection" series from 2005.

Megahouse miniature toys are similar in size to Re-ment miniature toys.

MEGAHOUSE SET CONDITION: The set is in used condition. Overall, it is in good condition. The set is incomplete as a miniature cardboard piece that goes into the miniature box is missing. The is some wear from handling. The miniature cardboard box has some fine scratch marks on the surface. The set initially does not have a paper info card.
