MEGAHOUSE SET CONDITION: This set is from 2004 and is in new condition. Please note that the outer sealed plastic packaging and the paper info card are slightly creased from handling. Also, within the plastic packaging, the diorama piece has cardboard packaged around it which has some aging marks.
Megahouse Miniature Tree Height: approximately 2.7 cm or 1.06 inches
