MEGAHOUSE SET CONDITION: This set is from 2004 and is in new condition. Please note that the outer sealed plastic packaging is very creased from handling. This set initially does not have any paper info cards. Also, within the plastic packaging, the katakata walking toy piece has cardboard packaged around it which has some aging marks.
