The figure is made of plastic and has a metal chain attached to its head.
SAILOR MOON FIGURE CONDITION: The item is in unused condition. Overall it is in near excellent condition. The outer plastic packaging has not been opened and it is slightly creased from handling. The plastic figure has not been taken out of the packaging though, there might be slight changes in the condition due to age. The paint applied to gashaphon figure toys tend to have slight variations or difference. So, the figure in this listing may have slight variation to the one shown in the sample photo.
