Here is the prism card #2 from "Sailor Moon : Carddass 1" released by Bandai in 1992.

CARD CONDITION : The card is in fair condition. There are many scratches and marks on the front from handling. The front surface is no longer shiny. There are three heavy crease marks. One crease mark is on the lower right corner on the front. At this area, the top layer has peeled away from the backing sheet. There are dent marks along the top edge. The card curves slightly.

Made in Japan.

Card Size: approximately 8.6 x 5.9 cm or 3.38 x 2.32 inches
