Here is the soft prism card #226 from "Sailor Moon R : PP5" released by Amada in 1993.

CARD CONDITION: The card is in near excellent condition. There are some fine marks and scratches on the front of the card from handling. There is a slight dent mark on the bottom surface area on the front. So, that particular area is not totally flat. There is some wear from handling. The card curves slightly.

Made in Japan.

Card Size: approximately 8.6 x 5.9 cm or 3.38 x 2.32 inches
