Here is the regular card #220 from "Sailor Moon S : Carddass 6" released by Bandai in 1994.

CARD CONDITION: The card is in medium good condition. There are some scratches and marks on the front and back of the card from handling. The top edge on the front has an aging mark and that area is discolored. There is a dent mark running along the bottom area on the front. There are some light aging marks on back. The corners and edges have slight wear. The card curves slightly.

Made in Japan.

Card Size: approximately 8.6 x 5.9 cm or 3.38 x 2.32 inches
