Here is the foil sticker #5 for the "Sailor Moon S : Double Moon" series released in 1994 by Morinaga.

The sticker is a promo sticker that was sold with Morinaga chocolate wafers.

CARD CONDITION : The sticker is in near good condition. There is some wear from handling. There are some scratch marks on the front and back. There is slight wear on the corners and along the edges. The top left corner on the front has a small heavy crease mark.

Made in Japan.
