Here is the prism card SP4 from "Sailor Moon World EX1" released by Bandai in 2001.

CARD CONDITION : The card is in medium good condition. There are many fine scratch marks on the front and back of the card. There are also a few dents along the edges. There is a thick line that runs along the upper half of the front of the card which could be a manufacturing defect.

Made in Japan.
