Here is a vintage retro shojo girl pencil case released by Reimei in the 1970s.
The illustrations are by Ritsuko Abe.
The pencil case opens on one sides which has a magnet closing device to fasten the opening cover to the main pencil case. And there are buttons on the front of the pencil case to open parts that pop out on the sides.
VINTAGE JAPANESE PENCIL CASE CONDITION: The item is from the 1970s and is in new and unused condition. Overall, it is in good condition. The front and the back of the pencil case have retained their original colors and some of the glossiness. There are surface scratches, marks and dents. Also, due to aging and handling, there is some wear. There is discoloring inside and outside the pencil case and some yellowing from aging. The paper sheets inside have aging marks.
Made in Japan.
