Here is a vintage shitajiki or plastic writing board released by Sunstar in the 1970s.

The illustration is by the shojo manga artist, Yukiko Tani.

Made in Japan.

ITEM CONDITION: The item is in medium good condition. There are a lot of scratches and marks the front and back from handling. The white color has yellowed from age and is more noticeable on the back. The edges have yellowed. The clear vinyl that should be attached to the front of the shitajiki has broken off and is not included. There is wear from handling.

Board Size: approximately 24.7 x 17.9 cm or 9.72 x 7.04 inches
