CONDITION: The item is in new and unused condition. Overall, it is in good condition. The outer sealed plastic packaging has come off near the top, bottom and one side. The corners and edges have slight wear. A bottom corner has a crease and dent mark. There is some wear from handling and storage. There paper condition may have aged and changed color slightly.
